- HOW MUCH DO I PAY FOR SHIPPING?
We use a flat rate shipping cost in Belgium and the EU:

Currently, through our online store, we do NOT ship retail bags outside of the EU. For all requests from outside of the EU, please contact us through the contact form below this page.
- WHEN IS MY COFFEE DELIVERED?
After good reception of your payment, all of our shipments are sent and handled by BPOST. Delivery within EU is normally within 2 to 3 business days. We will provide you with a track&trace code so you can easily track down your coffee.
- WHEN IS MY COFFEE ROASTED?
We always send the freshest coffee available. Because roasted coffee needs time to degas (approximately 2-4 days for filter coffee and 8-10 days for espresso), the shipping time usually acts as a buffer, meaning your coffee is (nearly) ready to enjoy upon arrival. We dispatch all our webshop orders within 1 business day after roasting.
- HOW IS MY COFFEE PACKED?
All our coffees are sent as whole bean and packed directly into special 250/500 grams coffee pouches with one way valve and zipper. After filling, the bags are immediately sealed with a professional Audion coffee bag sealer.
- HOW CAN I PAY?
All payments are handled by PayPal, which is one of the safest ways to pay online with bankcards. This leaves you the choice to pay through your personal PayPal account or just with a credit card without the need of having a PayPal account.
- CAN I ALSO BUY ALL COFFEES AND GEAR IN YOUR STORE IN BRUSSELS?
Yes, all our coffees are available for tasting and purchase in our café in Brussels. Also all brewing gear is available for purchase in our café in Brussels.
